I just posted a pretty big deal I closed. I want to clarify that for every deal I do, I look at maybe 100. That's right, 99% of deals that come my way make no sense. That's probably true for most people. So what's the "secret" to my success? I look at a lot of deals. Probably 100 a month. Reverse engineer this: You want to do one killer deal a month? Look at 100. How do you do that? Marketing and networking. Every day I review a few opportunities. Out of 100, I do 1 or 2. 98% to 99% don't make sense
