A VERY BRIEF HISTORY:
2005. Not once, but twice, I went through the boom and bust of the mortgage business. When rates were dropping, it was refi mania. Rates went up, and business went away. Broke and not knowing what to do, I happened to have a friend who became a real estate agent and was rehabbing his first house. "HOW CAN I GET INVOLVED?" I asked. I don't have any money, my credit is iffy, I don't have any contractor skills, but... I am hungry and will use my pea sized brain to try to make us money. "FIND A HOUSE, OFF MARKET". He said. That was it. "Where?" He told me. "How?" he didn't. I did not read a book. I did not attend a seminar. I put a system together, that I am still using to this day. I found a deal, and 3 days later, walked away with a $25,000 wholesale CHECK. At that time, the most money I had ever seen. Kept doing the same thing until 2008.
2008. The bottom fell out. In hindsight, although I had been doing some things right, enabling me to earn about $300K a year, I had made some critical mistakes (see my 10 success principles, posted here repeatedly).
2010. The comeback. Decided not just to wholesale but joint venture, buy myself. SHORT SALES, NEW AREAS, NEW PARTNERS catapult me to the next level.
PRESENT DAY: Despite a challenging market, keep finding OFF MARKET DEALS and EARNING A 7 FIGURE INCOME.
Will discuss all this and much more at the one day seminar. Including how to succeed in whatever market you are in.
